A Bit About Me
Sarah joined the Finish Line PT team in 2024, bringing a strong foundation in sports performance, clinical research, and patient-centered care. A former collegiate soccer player turned runner and strength coach, Sarah is passionate about helping active individuals recover smarter, move better, and feel stronger through every stage of their fitness journey.
She earned her Doctor of Physical Therapy from NYU, where she also worked as a research assistant in the Sensorimotor Lab and became a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist.
Her competitive spirit and team mentality shine through in her work—whether she's helping a runner return from injury, guiding someone through post-op rehab, or coaching a weekend warrior to move with more confidence, she is cheering and supporting her patient every step of the way. Sarah brings clinical experience in orthopedics, post-op recovery, vestibular and concussion care, and pediatric sports therapy. She’s especially passionate about educating her patients, building independence, and tailoring care to their goals—whether it’s running a 10K, returning to soccer, or simply feeling better day to day.
