A Bit About Me

Before becoming a physical therapist, Ryan worked in New York City as a Gyrotonic® instructor, training a wide range of clients, from professional dancers and NBA athletes to everyday movers looking to feel stronger. That experience solidified his belief in the power of movement, and ultimately led him to pursue his Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Columbia University.

Today, Ryan blends a performance mindset with a practical approach to rehab. He’s especially drawn to the challenge of working with highly motivated patients, whether they’re recreational athletes, seasoned pros, or just trying to move pain-free again. His treatment philosophy is shaped by each individual’s goals, and he’s known for bringing the same energy and focus whether he’s coaching a tennis player through back pain or guiding someone post-surgery.

And if you’ve been to our New Rochelle office, you’ve probably already met his sidekick: Dooly, the world’s friendliest therapy dog (and unofficial supervisor). Bring treats, and you’ve got a fan for life.
