A Bit About Me

Dance was Mandy’s first love — she spent over 20 years training in ballet, lyrical, and jazz, along with figure skating and high school gymnastics. She started running at 13 to cross-train, but it quickly became more than a side pursuit. Today, she's a 3:01 marathoner (happily chasing the sub 3), RRCA-certified coach, and passionate advocate for smarter, stronger training.

As a physical therapist, Mandy blends her performance background with a detail-oriented, research-driven approach. She earned her DPT from Columbia University, where she specialized in orthopedic care, contributed to running gait research, and helped lead injury prevention initiatives for dancers. At Finish Line PT, she’s known for her thoughtful assessments, deep knowledge of biomechanics, and ability to connect with every patient she treats — especially runners.

For an inside look at how Mandy's brain works: she knows the first 20 digits of Pi. She's all in on cutting-edge research, running science, and finding the why behind every injury pattern. Whether you're looking to shave minutes off your PR or get back to your long run pain-free, she’s in your corner.
